Parent Advisory Council
The Mission
of our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is to support, encourage and improve
the quality of education, the well being of the students and the
environment of Nakusp Elementary School.
This year we will be starting a Milk program, Hot/Cold
lunch program, BC ACT NOW-fruits & veggies program and a New Safety
Patrol program (October start).
All Parents
are members of the PAC and are invited to attend PAC meetings on the third
Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held in the School library and
begin at 7pm. All ideas are welcome! |
School Planning Council
The School
Planning Council (SPC) is made up of parents, teachers, and a school
administrator.
The SPC’s role
is to construct the annual school growth plan in consultation with
teachers, other staff, and the PAC.
